Sakura Kinomoto, when she captures the storm card (as it's written on the bottom of the picture). I will always love cardcaptors.
I'm still learning (relearning? whatever) how to use watercolours. It's not always doing what I want, and I really have to stop accidentally smudging bits. Actually, did Sakura get this clow card? Small details...
Watercolours, watercolour pencils, colour pencils, watered down white acrylic (wash), white gel pen, black 0.1 inking pen. Cleaned up in ps.
