Made in Blender for my group and for the XNALara community! 
Available in XNALara and DAZ Studio/Poser format (.pp2). I 've never made a prop for DAZ before, so tell me if there's something wrong. . Also, I have no way to export .MAT files..

Nice! What is the best way to deform the swimring in Blender? For example when a girl sits on it and it changes shape under her weight?

export both models as .obj, grab the faces of the swimring you want to change,
edit them to your liking and then export the swimring only and import it again in your scene.
If you have no knowlegde of Blender, let me know and I can find you a tutorial.

I had in mind the independent texture (for example, 1000x1000 image completely filled with pattern), not especially for this UV-mapped model.
