I was inspired by many chibi ponies I saw, so I decided to make one of Snowsilk ;w;What do you think? :3

Huh, cause I can't find anything in photoshop that lets me do animation. I remember adobe imageready which used to come with elements, but my copy of elements doesn't appear to have it. Unless I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Hmm, well I don't know about elements, but I usually open the animation tab from Window>Animation, that should open up a bar on the lower screen which lets you control frames and such for your animation c:

Ffff, Elements doesn't appear to have that feature. I shoulda known, as it came for free with my tablet. So is the only way to get any decent animated gif-making software by paying $600 for a full copy of CS?
