Henry: *laughs* I'm just a friend & i got this frequency since 1. your Solid Lucario; 2. i'm a friend who likes to help the good guys, you for example; & 3. i got the frequency while trying to eavesdrop on the enemy by tapping into their conversation without being discovered.

Henry: you can contact this frequency...it's a secret one (175.86) if it doesn't work at first, there's a code that you can use to get in contact with me...just put my frequency with your frequency. then put your name. I've already put it so that it'll let u contact me. i made it this way so that only people that i trust & that i help, like u, are the only ones that can get in contact with me. the enemy's been trying to get in contact with me & steal some tech that will be helpful to u in a secret location that i hid the tech in.

Lucario: Ok. Can you tell me everything you know about Metal Gear Jigglypuff? I already know it's got nucear arms, lazer weapons, a chicken-launcher...even a Mr. Chappachio!! (a guy does need his coffie when he's causing mass destruction amonst the innocent populations...)

Henry: so far, i only know about those nuclear weapons & other stuff. but i also know that it has a extremely powerful shockwave weapon that works similar to a regular Jigglypuff. It builds up power at a very slow rate. at that time, most of its weapons are disabled. then, once it builds up all that power, it'll unleash a shockwave that can destroy anything close & mid distance. but once it does that, it's completely vulnerable since it'll be out of energy to use its main weapons. i have a metal gear mech of my own that can distract it when u get to that Metal Gear Jigglypuff. it got a lot of bullet & energy weapons that can damage it's weapons & exterior while u somehow get inside the Jigglypuff metal gear & destroy it from it's interior. MG Jigglypuff can't be truely destroyed from the outside, but i can have my Metal Gear code named: VT-77 Shadow NEXT attack it & damage it's defense systems, allowing u to destroy MG Jigglypuff from its core inside it without any problem from its interior defensive systems
