Behold! I started this a week or two ago. Then abandoned it because the coloring frustrated me. But I figured out what to do today and finished up!
I present to you a doodle of Primal Dialga in all of his insanity. I've been pondering recently how to express the character of Dialga. I had him looking very neat and tidy until I doodled this. When I scribbled this he became slightly more unkempt. This lead me to the idea of doodling him a bit less perfection and a bit more insane god.
I know I probably didn't pull off insanity in the slightest, but hey, practice makes perfect.

That cape was the reason I abandoned this picture for a week. I wouldn't shade right. >_< So I'm glad it looks good!

That's what I was going for. I'm glad my loose hairs weren't wasted. (It took me ages to figure the right brush size. >_<")
