had a sketch of a girl playing the harp. an the way she was seated made me think of this. yes strange I know.it took me a while to get the dragon right. Oh it's been so long since I've drawn a dragon. An yes I know that my background is a bit off. I'll have to fix that sometime

I put the title as brining new life. the fetus is new life that will be brought to the elf angel. but it's ok ^_^ I have a hard time my self sometimes when it comes to figuing out some pitures.
AN yep I'm gana color this. that's what I had originaly planed on doing with this pic. but first before I can do so I have to fix the background then color it.

This looks pretty good.
However, it is difficult to discern the bottom part of her dress. It seems to deviate from the components of the dress in terms of overall form.
The folds and pinches on the dress and pillows look more or less natural, which is good.
The dragon looks well done, although I am not too convinced of the pose of the wings, as if it is not conveying all of the dragon's lift.
The background looks impressive, especially the details, but the upper arch on the window looks a bit distorted in dimension and depth.

Yea, the background is kinda off - window looks like it is seen a bit from the right while the wall looks like seen from front, which overall makes kinda strange effect.
But the rest is great
What I like the most are the folds on the clothes (One of the things I'd like to be able to draw the most - excepting to be able to draw proportionally... Someday... 
And the Dragon looks very nice. Actually it is noticeable that you had problems with him (The marks of cleaning, and there are, umm... Prints? all around
Excepting background, back of the head/hair blends with the wings, which makes it a bit... illegible. At least for me

no not really I think the same way. ppl just torture them so they inturn become mean. but I honestly think that they are nice creatures. just the same as pitbulls. to be honest they really are the nice dogs but there are ppl who rasie them to be mean.
