I like how you portrayed him as a younger man. In the books he's only in his mid-to-late 20s, but most artists usually depict him as being much older.

It's such an intense human interaction, and the size difference is really something. She does not look conscious though, which is interesting because in the excerpt it appears that she is... but no matter, it's so fascinating. He looks like he is holding her really really firmly, but it's intriguing because the look on his face is not really aggressive at all. There's so much yearning in this.

This is amazingly wonderful; the posing, the boneless way she's surrendered to how he's holding her, his hands, HIS FACE. I keep on staring at all of the details in her dress and on his armor, I absolutely love it!

The kiss was not ... This couple always gave more. Still I have not read the book, surely there were many more approaches sansan in the HBO series. Both are poorly utilized , which hurts characters. I really like them, they are so different... and would get to be more interesting if a relationship of Maiden and Knight formed. Because that was the role of the scenes sansan, no?

I love the way you drew Sandor young. Because he IS young (though he is ugly). In TV series they've pictured him as a middle aged man. In the books he's not more than 26 years old

I love this, it's perfection and I agree with everyone here that your technique is great and your depiction of this scene is so good the characters seem to have sprung from the book pages. They are really spot on: they look the right ages, with an amazing resemblace to their book descriptions and with exactly the right attitude.
You have been commenting on the longsword's position with other users and I'd like to say that although it may not be the most practical, I think compositionwise, it works incredibly well. Placed at his back, as if over both of them, it seems some sort of Damocles's sword announcing impending tragedy. What's more, it nearly looks as if it had pierced both their hearts in one go, which works fine with them because it is so true from a symbolic point of view.
Such a sword also stresses Sandor's role as a man of violence. He is a killer but didn't have many choices to have become anything else. Everyone sees him in that role disregarding all the other aspects of his personality, everyone except Sansa. It also speaks of his sheer manliness, in contrast with her, so feminine and delicate. They seem polar opposites,both in the story and in your art.
This scene in the books has a lot of tension and sexual undertones, which this longsworld also highlights. Nothing happened, there wasn't even a kiss between them but that tension was impending, as if hovering over the characters, just like this sword. So, its position may be less than realistic, but I love it and I'm not sure it would be better if it was placed anywhere else.

For the last few days, I struggled with the decision whether to change the position of the sword or not, but you dispersed my doubts. Will leave it as it is. It really adds tension and anxiety to the scene, isn't it? Damocles's sword, I love it!

Yes, yes, that's it exactly, in this position the sword gains protagonism and "adds tension and anxiety to the scene", as you put it. This is exactly what I thought when I saw it. I know its natural positon would probably be at his hip but it woudn't work visually and symbolically the way it does here.
We may take it as artisctic licence or something. It was a great idea to put it there because it's always between them, as if representing what separates them and what links them together at the same time; he used it to defend her (the riot), but also to scare her (on Maegor's rooftop) and it always gives the impression to be ambivalent, I mean, it's a killer's weapon but swords represent other things in art. Here,this magnificent sword takes a meaningful symbolism, or at least that's what I thought when I saw this beautiful art piece.
I had some doubts before deciding to write my thoughts on the sword here because I tought I could be reading too much into this or interpreting it the wrong way, now I'm happy I did if you had doubts about it. I'm also glad your original idea isn't far from what I thought I saw in the picture.
By the way, I'm sure GRRM would love this art to pieces.
