Soo ya, this is Ran Fan from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. She and Ling desperately need fanart and more popularity because of their awsomeness.... Sooo ya...Drawn on the bus in Japan...THe family I am staying with doesn't have a scanner, so I had to take it with my digital camera...And they don't have ANY photo editing software, so I am sorry that you have to bend your head to see it!!!
