I have the outside covering attached and weathered appropriately. The lower inside jaw has been attached as well with teeth installed. Weathering/stains done with a combination of spray on fabric pant, fabric markers and a little black plastadip.Related content

They have been cast in a urethane resin from a silicone mold.

There is a hole in the lower jaw for my head and in the upper part there is a built in helmet that holds it in place.

I will be cutting out a slot for my head to fit through. The lower jaw with rest on my shoulders, around my neck and the upper jaw will be kinda like a hat. This will allow me to see through the teeth. I will be hidden behind some black fabric.

Nope, the lower jaw will be anchored to the built in hat. So it should move pretty easy...in theory.
