No, I don't always draw from photographs, but yes - this was referenced from that photograph that I got at an arabian futurity that that particular stallion was attending. If I remember right (which I very possible do not, as it was 3 years ago), this stallion is Bey Starr...

Thank you, I just use .07 mechanical pencils and xerox paper. Haha, I can't afford fancy stuff. :]
