I like the simple coloring. I don't have any frikin idea to draw with a mouse or a pentablet is just too hard for me and I admire you xD
I'd recomend you to practice annatomy a bit, not because the fingers xD a mistake like that happens when you're so excited drawing you don't stop to check the picture.
I talk about the right shoulder, it just doesn't exist.
The bad thing is you lost the Ouran's style

No offence,but I like the first one better. More detail.
The second one has six fingers and less detail. But overall, I liked how you posed Tamaki and how you have his hair leaning towards one side.
