couldn't figure out how to install it. not sure what to do with it. i added the folder to windows/resources/themes but it just comes in as a black box? any help plz?

first, you have to patch theme system files with an application and you can find it in the [link] web site. application name is universal theme patcher

ive done that already, i got it to install, but it doesn't have the transparency or the start button or anything like that.

you have to use "black glass enhanced" app for transparency affect,you can find it at the "virtualcustoms.net" and you can use"Windows 7 Start Orb Changer v4" app for startorb change.here is the link: [link]

you have to use vista style builder,restorator or resource hacker and gimp2 for some changes of images
