Mineko's quirk is a combination of her mother's Beast Cat mutation quirk, and her father's Voltage emitting quirk. She inherits the physiology of a cat, and can also emit bio-electricity from the paw pads on her hands. She can even sense other people's bioelectrical presence. Mineko has a natural resistance to electrical damage, and even absorb electricity with the paw pads in her hands. The drawback to Mineko's quirk is that overuse can drain her stamina, leaving her exhausted, or absorbing more electricity than she can handle can overwhelm her.

Super Moves:

Power Paw- Strikes her foe with a palm attack, and releases bio-electricity on contact to shock her foe.

Fulgur Burst- Unleashes a burst of bio-electricity to electrocute surrounding opponents.

Concussivolt- Fires electrostatic energy from her hands to knock away enemies in a stunning and concussive manner.
