Also does anyone know how to make proper speech bubbles for comics? PaintTool Sai doesn't seem to have a mode let me make words

I do this in Gimp, but I'm going to assume there are similar tools available in SAI, which I haven't used.
I make a new layer to keep all of the speech bubbles.
I then use the elipse tool to make the speech bubble.
I use the fill command to fill the speech bubble with white.
I use the "stroke selection" tool to outline the bubble with black.
I use the pen tool to draw a tail connecting to the speech bubble.
If the image has colour I'll create another layer under the speech bubble layer, select and then fill the empty tail, and then merge the two layers together.
Once I've made all of the speech bubble, I write the text into them with the text tool, possibly on a new layer above the speech bubbles. However, Gimp creates noew layers for text automatically.

I used to to have GIMP, but I lost it when I had to reboot my computer. I try to redownload it, thanks for the tip. ^^
