First of all, I just want to point out that it's just a joke. It's just a silly comic for people who know about the Jason movies.
But aside from that, what does it matter whether he drinks or not. He can't die. He could never touch water again and never dehydrate because he'll never die. In any case, I don't think the freak even eats or drinks anyway because he never takes off his smelly hocky mask.
