Shes so cool! I love thats shes a hermit crab and the claws for hands look completely believable and natural. The box and textures are beautiful too. Id hang this on my wall!

I don't recall where I got that little doll head. I know I painted it white to make the face paler and to open up the cracking in the skin.

It's super cool! Can you explain the structure of it? What is the bottom, longer part made of? I'd love to see a sideview picture of the whole piece.

I am so glad you like it! the bottom structure is a lamp shape, that I opened at one end, the legs are held together with the harp of the lamp (the part that goes around the bulb to hold the shade on) and then the legs are screwed into the top of the shade. I didn't think to take a side shot of it....hmmm
At any rate your opinion meant alot to me, It was so fun to do, once I got past the 'what the hecy am I trying to do?" phase, and YES, I can't seem to stop thinking about my next one...
