The Dynapolye 3rd Preservator Regiment. These stalwart guardians are permanently stationed on their home planet due to its dangerous proximity to tyranids, orks, eldar pirates, and tau. While the factoriums and forges are of course protected by the noble skitarii, the Preservator's main duty are to act as preemptive measure to xenos incursion. They seek out and hunt the ever present aliens threats that plague their planet and system, insuring the enemy numbers never grow too large, and their homes won't be overrun.
They may not be stationed on the front, but these guardsmen are far more than a mere PDF.
