Announcing Winner!
My friend and I have decided to go with xiThumper 's entry! You can read it here ! We both thought she put in a good amount of effort and had a creative way of writing the character! I thought the creation myth style of writing was interesting. My favorite part of the entry was how Kanaloa wanted to give gifts to her people, but it was her nature to bring destruction. (WEEps SHe's TRYing!!!!) My friendo liked how the sister's powers connected to the ocean in different ways, and the greek mythology vibes!

Name:Amadahy (forest water)

Description: she is a daughter of a water goddess, . Her duty is to take care of the forest low grounds while her mom takes care of the top floor of the forest. She was not born by regular conception, she was actually grown from a seed and water. She doesn't have a Dad. But has an uncle which usually takes care of her. He is a lowrider( he guards the low grounds to keep the animals and plants safe from disease) she's had some rough times when disease spread through her tribe and wiped out almost everything killing all her people. Her uncle didn't make it but gave her a flower necklace full of the flowers she used to pick from a secret waterfall it was there secret! Also there horns grow the older they get and the diamond is a life source. It can only be eroded by the disease or killed by another tribe member that has a diamond.

I Don't Have a Catchy Title [BugNark's WTA] Before the birth of man, the world was dominated by the ocean. Earth was ruled by 3 sisters:
Tangaroa - Goddess of the Ocean’s calm, commanding the gentle flow of the tides and forming the currents that carried the seas creatures to the Earth’s poles. She was credited with the beauty of the Ocean and its songs.
Then there was Tangaloa - Goddess of the Seabeds and creator of the Ocean’s creatures. She brought the plants and guppies, the blue whales and the starfish. She was credited with the beauty of the Ocean’s creatures and of the coral reefs she shaped from sand and breathed life into.
And then… there was Kanaloa - A Goddess of the Ocean’s chaos, marked Demon by her people. Kanaloa brought the sea’s storms, the riptides and whirlpools. She brought the Ocean’s darkness and was blamed for the horrific creatures that lurked there. She was shamed for the dangers of the Ocean, the uncontrollable waves and rain storms that

She loved testing out different combinations to make something burst into flames.
