Just a little scene I had floating in my head. So I sketched it out on scratch paper. This will -EVENTUALLY- happen in my fic.

For the vast majority of my TMNT fic, Sonny is sterile. Her oviduct (akin to a Fallopian tube) was removed when she was very young. It's a very big part of her character, who she is, and who she grows into. Eventually, after "Sonatello" commences, something happens where Don and Sonny are able to conceive... but that's MUUUUCH later.

Anyway, here Donnie is telling Sonny, "You must know...your inability to have children...it doesn't diminish you in any way..."

The sentiment really touches her (as her barrenness is a very sensitive subject for her) so she thanks him.
