man i'm having problems with brain fog a lot recently, and i've been feeling like nothing is right.. like everything i think of doing just feels wrong? it's terrible i just pass each day into the next not really accomplishing anything.. my social anxiety is out of control i'm so paranoid and my self esteem has buried itself beneath the earth's crust it's just a bad time man i don't know how to break out of it.. i thought about drawing but i haven't done it in so long i'm scared to start and scared to fail ijUST LOL idk sorry whydiditype all t h i s forgiveme

hey man i feel u i'll have days or weeks or months just like that. it's existential doom and it sucks!!!
my self esteem took a deep plummet around 2014, i've slowly been crawling out since then but it's very hard. the most u can do is take baby steps and even if you can't see it yet, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
i hope your motivation to draw comes back soon 👍 art is a great way to get emotions out of your system or at articulate!! art is somethin all artists are trying to figure out still. all artists have flaws in their style or not so great drawings or feel like they could do better... you're not alone!!
