I decided to draw on my last free day.Here are the results. I wanted to take a break from what I've been doing lately and try drawing in a different way. Instead of focusing on what I normally do- line art, colouring characters...ect and focus on mood, scenery, and interesting silhouettes. (I hope their actions are distinguishable!) I've also been yearning to try a more gentle and painterly style. Although I couldn't really make a rain effect that I liked! Any advice for making prettier raindrops?
(By the way this is inspired by the song of the same title by Maroon5!))
The two characters are Mihuo and Limburg because because because because
time spent: roughly 3 hours
tools: sai and photoshop CS3

I better win his heart! Or my life will end up being MEANINGLESS!!!! (not that he'd care, cough cough. But you do, right????) But I really like the uneven structure of the vague building behind them. It intensifies the mood instead of focusing on how to realistically draw the buildings themselves

But really really, its so fun for me that you care about my characters (particularly ones that don't share a story with yours!) YOU'RE TOO GOOD TO ME AND MY WEIRD IMAGINATIVE FIGMENTS. xD
