This is my entry for the Fishing Tourney. And you can see there that Roie successfully reeled a Magikarp.This drawing actually came from a messy and "failed" traditional art at first. When I kinda feel discouraged to continue it, I really thought that Paintool SAI would help a bit. And actually after hours of trying to think of what kind of effects I should add to it, it actually made a really huge part of the art, and it helped a lot.
I also thought I will be late for submitting it before the deadline, gladly everything went quick ^^
