The colours and design instantly caught my eye from the thumbnail.
This is a very beautiful and colourful piece! I really like the boy's expression, pose and design! You put a lot of details in the mic and party/festival-styled background. I also like the slight blue tints in the shadowed areas and the soft color palette. You did good job with the composition of this piece and it has a very happy atmosphere!

I actually almost didn’t see the DA watermark - which is really good! It doesn’t disturb the flow your work here at all so… awesome! It’s often very hard to put the watermark there without it ruining an image. Personally, it would be nice if you completely drew the details his shoe - but this is a very minor nitpick.^^

This is a very fun piece and it was fun looking at this! Keep up the great work!

Overall your drawing is veeeryyyy beautiful! Lots of colors, great movements! Great lines! The elephant is very well done! He's so cute!
Great effects with the confetti! It's giving depht! 
However there are some flaws! The hat looks a little bit weird, the bottom should not be seen! And the way the boy hold it it's kind of weird too! Try to take your hand as a reference! It helps! :3
The bow of the elephant is quite angular! You can copy and past the bow of the boy if you don't feel like doing another one! :3
The colors are very good! It's colorful and the boy pops out of the image with his pink outfit! Very smooth luminosity and shading!

I'm very impressed by this piece and think that you did an excellent job! The picture looks very dynamic and festive, and your placement of the people/animals and items (namely the confetti, banners, and balloons(?)) gives depth to the scene. I like how you contrasted the color of the boy's attire against the colors of the organisms/items on and/or close to him, such as the elephant and hat, as the visual contrast helps to capture the viewer's attention. The fact that the boy is multi-tasking also shows that he is very skilled at his job; without reading the title, the audience can easily understand the theme and main idea in this artwork. Hence, in the "show, not tell" aspect, you did a great job as well. Overall, this piece demonstrates your talent in multiple areas - including but not limited to dynamic posing, coloring/shading, color balance, and composition.

Now for suggestions:
The line art needs some cleaning up. For example, the lines for the elephant's hind legs extend into the balloons in the foreground. The lines leading up to the boy's left thumb looks jagged, and the blue balloon near his right arm looks uneven when it should be smooth and egg-shaped. Another small thing is that some of the confetti pieces are not entirely opaque when they should be; parts of the ring can be seen through the triangular blue one in the middle, and the orange one near the elephant should obscure part of their tail. These are really small things, but they can add up to detract from the quality of your drawings.

There are inconsistencies in the quality of the shading and drawing. An example of the former is the microphone and the two bows in the upper half (the boy's bow and the one on the balloon he is holding), which are very expertly-shaded, versus the elephant and the boy's sock, whose colors are noticeably less blended.

I know several commenters have already mentioned this, but the most prominent example of this is the boy's legs. Since there are no obscuring elements in front of the left leg, the boy's shoe should be visible and shown in detail. This is very noticeable especially since you paid a lot of attention to detail in the rest of the piece. The right leg also looks like it's bent too far towards the left leg, and seems more fitting for someone who is photographed on a swing from a higher angle (like in this picture ) than the boy is currently at. I tried to emulate the boy's leg positions, and it doesn't seem like a position that can be held for very long as it's not very comfortable - especially since he is sitting on a thin ring with nothing to keep the knees from dropping down.

This is a small detail, but the elephant's bow looks uneven and is placed slightly off of its mid-line. I'd suggest that you round out the corners of the bow a bit more (some examples here ), and either make the bow more similar to the one the boy is wearing, or show how the bow loops around to the back by displaying part of its underside (sorry, I don't know how to describe this well, but the reference pics in the link above show several examples of this) for a more three-dimensional look.

That's a really cute boy you drew there, I don't seem to find anything which is unlikable in it. Also, is the tail  looks a bit odd but, at the same time really cute.

I would like to start with the fact that what you've created is a beautiful piece of art and there are many things which give it that quality.
The colors used here are really beautiful, they are light and bright. This lends it an aura of happiness! The colors grab attention and lift up the mood!
Although, only one thing, he's smiling but I saw that only when I zoomed in...his smile is really beautiful! The confetti and balloons make it even more pretty! The bow could have been given more life though..and the legs too. 
The elephant tail looks a bit funny.
Overall, it's a great drawing.

I love the color, it is very colorful,
the face is hared to see thoght 
the proportions are great too.
and one of the legs it looked like you kind of gave up 
and youre shading is (no offence i hope) a bit laking
butin geniral this is an energetic and happy pice ^^

My my, this is something out of an anime opening. I love most of everything about it. My one or two gripes though is that I can hardly see his face. And, his smile is just abit to high when I zoomed in the picture. Over all nice work.
