Concept for Jasmine.Steelix (Jasmine): Olivine city Gym Leader. Gentle natured, but strong-willed. She is much like Green in nature, and the two are good friends. She is often looked at as a role model for Green. Specialty: tough armor/iron blades

It's all about how you approach things. I look at it as a game, and look only to myself as the person I want to beat, and constantly strive harder to best myself. Sounds tough, it is. However, it's up to you how you make it fun and interesting for yourself to do things, especially with your own challenges. Draw smoother, draw faster, build shapes better? Give yourself hurdles to overcome and become that much better for it.
Make it a routine so you get used to drawing day after day; make it fun so you'll always keep at it; make it challenging so you have something to strive for.
