Normally I keep to tight time hacks, but I made an exception on this one. I always wondered what would've happened if Goku made a wish to achieve a power greater than a normal Saiyan before he achieved Super Saiyan and defeated Frieza. If perhaps by chance, he were to wish for the power to defeat Frieza, then might he have ascended to a level .... known as "Super Shenron Saiyan?"

Since the dragon is part Namekian, so is the form, scales and red starred eyes of the dragon, a marked tattoo, the namekian flesh, similar hair antennae, and a ghastly green aura imbued with the golden power of a saiyan.
