Wow, this is really good! I thought you were a new artist. I really like how you drew his eyes. They are parted really well, not too far apart and not too close together. I also really like the way you drew his tail it's so floofy and cute! ^.^ They arms are well lengthed, also. My suggestion is to make the hands and feet a little bigger. They're the hardest parts of the body to capture, I understand, but just remember when it seems like they're a little too big, they're probably the right size. I think his torso may be a little long, though. Try bringing his waist up a little more, or making his legs longer. I would also suggest making his hips wider. I know he's a guy and guys are flatter than girls. But even guys have a distinct figure. Try using models or going onto google to search for a certain position or body type. It really helps just staring at the picture and trying your best to draw exactly what you see without tracing. Remember to observe, be patient, and practice (forever!!). Have fun with different positions and perspectives, different styles. It's fine to adapt certain qualities of other artists style into your own. Just not from one artist. Just look around and see how one artist draws hands and feet. The observe how another artist draws muzzles. And then another one's ears, etc. Anyhow, I really like this picture. Jake is very cute and I'm going to roll around all over him now...
