This is about as accurate as its gonna get I'd imagine.
Both in show style and as a height reference.
To make this I used (what I believe to be?) a fan-made height chart. So it might not be too accurate to the show characters heights, but I did look at many screen shots to try and fudge where everyone would be standing at.
