Description What on earth is he smoking?

A short explanation:
The smoke takes form and shows what he truly is. Yes, he is king (at least he thinks so himself) but he is also a rat.

I wanted to draw a relaxed Ratigan this time. But the monster managed to sneak in XD

Oh, and in case you were wondering P.R. stands for Padraic (/Patrick) Ratigan.

Thank you very much I am pretty proud of the hands myself especially because I drew them by looking at my own. Thank God you didn't think they looked weird XD

oh not at all. my god, they looked great! and i think using your own hands as a reference is a good technique to use. i do it too sometimes, although it often involves craning my neck to see them from the right angle ^w^

This is amazing work! I just love the smoke effect, though it kind of makes you wonder just how much smoke can come out of that tiny cigarette. Still terrific nonetheless!

Thanks! Yeah the amount of smoke might be exaggerated by.... 110 %. But I could not make what I had in mind if there were hardly any smoke as you can see

Wow! Beautiful artwork and coloring job! That smoke effect is really...smokin'! Seriously, this is excellent, and again I love your subliminal messages surrounding him. You did know that Ratigan's first name is Padraic, right? That's going by the Eve Titus books. Oh, well, I like the name Patrick even though he ain't no saint. It's a variation to Padraic anyway!

Thank you very much Ratigan is actually very fun to color because he is so colorful. And yes I do know that his name is Padraic but somehow my brain changed it to Patrick when I wrote the description . I like both names as well and I will write them both up there right now Thank so much for your comment
