Description
I've been wanting to make a bird for a while but I also liked the idea of making him bio-luminescent so here is the result!

Lucidius or luci for short is mainly designed from a drawing I did of a green cheeked conure character but was given a twist with his beak-muzzle having the extra side points and raptor- like legs and claws. He is flightless but still retains feathers strong flight on his arms. He has 3 feathered tails which kind of resemble dinosaur tails except for the fact that they're too heavy for him to raise. With his hand structure the pinky and ring finger have fused to become the small wing extention and the other 3 fingers remain.
One thing that is easily recognised is that his green striped glow against his light blue feathers when he is in the dark or showing extreme emotions such as happiness or affection.

He makes raptor sounds and is very mischievous, often stealing your things and hiding them but will eventually give them back and poking you and running away. Acts very much like a a parakeet and will use his beak-muzzle to investigate things.

Will usually be found somewhere that you wouldn't think he'd be able to get like in a tree or in your neighbours attic.
