Thank goodness for more clean fanart of her! I do enjoy this piece. It's a very in-line with her character more so the evil part of her. I can totally see this being a scene in the game!
Well with my first thoughts out of the way let's get to the important parts of this critique.
Firstly,
What I Like:
1. The pose, it's very lively and with how it's in the middle of the piece instead of on the ground. It gives the illusion that's she's floating around. Little things like that really help make art feel more like little worlds on paper or screens.
2. The colors. I love how more solid colors are used on 21 and the darker and contrast colors are used for the background.
3. This is made seen like as a scene in the game. You really studied what colors and backgrounds they use for them and made it really pop.
Now what I think you could work on:
1. The facial expression. The mouth and the eyebrows are very hard to see. I couldn't tell if she was smiling or being cocky until I zoomed it.
2. I would do darker shading. Space seems to be too light.
Now don't worry. For all the flaws I will help you to improve. It seems rude to not try to help as much as possible.
How can I like to know I'm making a well done piece I like to use this little rule I have learned and continuously evolve for doing art it's called W.E.C.C.P. so far.

Weight is the literally weight and the impact of the character. You need to feel like they're alive. For example if a robot was running super fast even though it's made of extremely heavy metals, it wouldn't feel real and the impact wouldn't hit as hard. Since she's flying weight doesn't really matter.
Environment- The location; it's best for the people in the piece to interact with the environment around them to make the world inside the piece feel more alive. I would try to do more lighting practices for environments. Space is very dark and I think little details like that can really help.
Character-The personality and abilities (Abilities is for more science-fiction, fantasy or anything fictional); it's important to keep in character for pieces to give an idea for outsiders. I think making the facial expression more noticable will really help with this too. The pose can be used for many emotions and characters but the facial expression is what really sells what character they are.
Composition: It's how a piece is set up. Like bird's eye, worm's eye and etc. Basic shot so nothing to worry about.
Poses-How the character is react in a piece. Poses help with character, implied movements, and just makes a piece more interesting. Nothing worry to about either.
