Description
Taken in Wellington after a dat of cherry picking in Wellington. Soft late afternoon natural light. Arranged cherries for at least an hour, found that the stalks caused a lot of distraction etc so i took to the task of rearranging them. I don't know where to put this, there isn't really a categoryfor fruit, so here it is.Please constructively criticise

Lol, it reminds me of a certain good friend of mine and her uncommonly dislike for cherries (artificial or...well, the whole fruit in general XD Snappy shot~

I love the contrast in colors of the cherries! I think the stem adds something to the picture, you did a nice job placing it ^_^ They are all so shiney and you captured that very well too. It's also amazing that you found all ripe, nice colored cherries for this. I know when I go to buy, or pick my own anything....theres always a lot the aren't ripe yet or are too ripe! You must have chose the best ones!!!
Nice job!

Hehe, yeah it took my hours trying to arrange the cherries and get the bottom cherries to be only dark with no stems. So yeah, i'm glad you like it

repartition, a great aspect to a lot of photography, and perfectly executed here, along with a good example of the rule of thirds...
good attempt at selective focus, although i would prefer it if the lower of the darker cherries was the only thing in focus, adding a wonderful softness to the background and breaking up all those distracting lines a little, but that's not crucial as it might be your lens limiting you there.
Other than that fantastic work... your really getting into this still life photography aint ya?!

hah, not quite. Think it was just luck actually. My camera is rather sgitty, my lense s completely limiting, so much so that i've gone over to traditional to just vent some frustration.

I like it, the concept. if you wnated to 'look deeper' you could convey it to relationship... everyone has one, but none are alike, I guess. Conformity with induviduality. but still, it's kewl. damnit, a mosquito just bit me.
