LOLWELL, the shine is something I.. well, there's no real technique to it, you just make it lighter than the rest of what you're putting the shine on xD (so, red shirt = light pink shine) and I added some white speck things. It's smooth because I shrank it, it was 200% the size before (so yeah, it was huge)
