I've always loved STAR WARS from child to adult & no character stands out more for me than Darth Vader, the greatest villian of them all.When I was drawing him, I noticed that he's not all shiny, He actually has many textures within his armour & I wanted to show them the best I could In all his glory.
Originally, I was going to do the Bespin balcony as the background, but I didn't want to distract your attention to the awesome power he gives off. I do hope you all enjoy.
I would love to do more STAR WARS pics In the future.

Yeah, on there own as individual films, there ok. I thought 2 & 3 were good & I have them In my collection except episode 1, which I dont even count as being STAR WARS at all. It was crap! They should have made episode 1 where the second film started so we would have seen more of Vader kicking as In the 3rd film. But none of them even compare to the original trilogy which rocked. I felt the new films relied on CGI too much to fill in weak story line. Bring back the puppets.

Darth Maul was a great guy in Episode I, especially with that double-bladed lightsaber!

Yeah, I admit Maul was pretty cool & having an double-blade would be sweet. It's just all the flaws that appear In It are too frustrating to watch. Like Mediclorians, the fact that Anakin was too young In the first film & than dramatically aged for the second, the fact that Yoda was Obi-Wans master from the start and please don't get me started on Jar Jar. If Maul was In the second film, It would have made a lot more sense. I loved the Graphic Novels of Darth Maul though, they were awesome.

I have the graphic novel as much as Shadow Hunter! They're both very cool with Maul!
I mean, if Maul was there instead of Tyranus, he'd be a more considerable master for Asajj Ventress, due to their skills with a saberstaff!
