Paps did and paps also isn't afraid to get his hands bloody
if ya remember from Mune's bio,paps usually mixes souls in q blender and guves it to mune. This time...it got a little more...bloody. Yet that's not the reason why there's blood on the walls,ooor wh6 Mune is even locked up in a straightjacket in the first place.

reason being: Mune unintentionally drains people till they no energy,now usually this is harmless,people kust get tired. Yet in this twisted future Mune's soul got even more broken,which caused the drainage to be alot more..hurtful to others. Basically mune was put into well..how do you call it,like this white room with a straightjacket,while people were trying to find a way to undo this damaging draining effect. The tests got....pretty bloody. Mune's blood is purple-ish,yet it turns red after a few days.
