And pride is the root of all sins. But like all sins they also have their reason to exist.
With out lust you cant fine a reason to love and reproduce.
Without anger you cant find the power to protect your self or others
without envy you cant fine a reason to improve your self
without greed you cant learn to save and keep track of money and wealth
without sloth you over work your self to death.
without gluttony... well gluttony is over rated now but in the past being fat was a good thing.. meaning you would survive winter .. but now at days is unhealthy but with out gluttony you never have the will to cook food your selfs as need.
