The name Bleach is actually supposed to represent the border between light and dark, or good and evil. Cause you know when you poor bleach on something it turns lighter? That kind of idea. Kubo said in one of his interviews.

Ah, thank you so much for combining two favourites of mine: Statler and Waldorf and Bleach! Is it me or could I see Aizen and Gin actually doing that with the filler episodes? In fact, they should have in this sort of thing in place of the Shinigami Cup.
One little thing that would make this perfect is to make it seem like a conversation before the laugh. Like, maybe Aizen asking Gin why it's called Bleach. That would just really make it like Statler and Waldorf to me.
