BAW IT'S BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS. I suck D: but I have actually been busy. WEIRD.anyway, besides the fact that it became socially unacceptable at a certain period to have hair that long, I wonder if Shinji ever had a little help parting with his locks. Prevailing theories such as earlier comics of mine suggest no, just him being hip, but Hiyori cutting his hair? It's funnier this way.
Honestly can you imagine walking behind Shinji on a windy day? SMACK SMACK SMACK.
