Hey, I thought of something else you can do for naming.  Take a word that describes whatever character you're naming, and switch around a letter or two.

Here's an example: a character in my fanfic is a rat named Orpheus.  I added the surname, Praka, derived from plague since in my fanfic he's a descendant of the rat that led the black plague.

I guess if I had to take a spin, I'd add an extra vowel to the end of his name, like Keela, or I'd put in a medieval or fantasy-style surname.
