I took a photo of this bird in Tokyo in April 2017. It's beak is all covered in pollen - so cute!Since I am a little more experienced with post processing now, I revamped this photo a little. I believe I've posted the older version on my instagram before.
This might be a Tsugumi, but I would be really grateful if someone could help me identifying this bird.
