IT's finally done! Blue commissioned me to draw his awesome character Cait Sith! ;v; )/I have a soft spot for gothic Lolita and neko girls<3
Obviously I fluffed up her skirt and colored it a tad bit differently, but I simply had to for the chibi effect uvu I hope y'all like her just as much as I do~
