I had a spare couple of hours, so I thought I would throw this together. why not! lolFound the original image of rihanna on google image search. Thanks.
Its a mixture of HDR toning, high and low contrasting. heavy use of the burn and dodge tool. lots of pen work. created in photoshop cs5 using my trusty bamboo.
