if the animated picture exceeds 100x100 then it needs a preview picture that tells people to download it sepperately, as is the case for any gif exceeding 100x100 pixels. a silly policy on this site if you ask me, but thems is the breaks.

any program will limit to 256 colors automatically. its not a question of da's limitations, da has no limitations. Its the filetype that has the limitations.
i got mine on here by uploading it like any other picture. why so many questions? if your having submission problems, i'm not sure hoow to help you.
