hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so

Okay, I've been trolling through your art for more than two hours, and I'm trying to think; can you tell me if my findings are right?
You roughly sketch something, then erase the pencil and keep the lines you like by drawing with....over it. What do you use? Is it ink? A really, really thin marker?
You then use various amounts of colored pencil to color in the rest? Occasionally marker for Percy's hair?
