question: what type of pencil do yo uusually use (like HB or whatever)?

not silly at all!
i usually use prismacolor pencils,
but i've also used cretacolor pastels.
LOVE 'em.

thanx!i love using pencils and pastels too, they're so versatile! but it's kinda hard to find any descent ones where i am, i live in the middle of nowherre in france miles from any big towns!! :'(

I love your tutorials, I hope you create more. They are very helpful. would this tutorial kind of work for male characters? Instead don't make the lips so full like a female. Hope more tutorials come and hope more Maximum drawings are to follow as well. I LOVE your Max and Fang drawings!!

there should be some male lips
in there somewhere... there's really
not much difference! i noticed that
as i did this tut.
ah, well. guys just have thinner or
lighter lips, so yepp.

I love tutorials- so helpful! And it helps to find your own style of art- seeing what others do and meshing them together and tweaking them to get yours. Pretty cool. I'm working on mine. Great job and thanks alot!

haha, yeah.
there are a couple guy mouths in there!
they're just hard to distinguish,
ya know? between girls and guys lips,
a lot is VERY the same.
