I actually enjoy doing feet. On the other hand, hands (no pun intended) are my mortal enemy. This is super helpful. Especially for the side view.

Burdge, I don't know whether you still go on DeviantArt, but I wanted to make a request. It's a character that I've invented. I never can picture my characters well enough, so I thought that if you drew one of them it would really help. It helped with Percy and Annabeth, anyway.
So this character, I haven't thought up a name for her yet, but she's tall and has curly hair, always bunched up into a ponytail. It's the color of honey. Her eyes are dark brown and she has a serious expression but when she smiled they light up and she's really pretty. She has a cute, upturned nose and her upper lip sticks out a little. She has a cute way of holding herself, sort of hunched up shoulders and she always bites her lip. I think my story will have some sort of magic in it so she might have some special weird trait, but don't worry if I don't give it to you on time.

Hey, Burdge! I just wanted to thank you for posting this and helping me IMMENSELY with my art! I wanted to know if you could... you know... look at it? Bearing in mind the fact that I started drawing with it in... February, I think? I would be ETERNALLY GRATEFUL if you could! My parents have told me I've improved and all, and I know I have, it's just it would be better to have it from someone who doesn't have to say I'm amazing and perfect no matter what. ANY CRITIQUE YOU MIGHT HAVE WOULD BE AMAZING!

I used to want to draw exactly like you...but then I realized that that would be taking away your thunder, and it's better for each of us to have an original style...that way it won't be repetitive! Also, I found it impossible to draw like you as well, so that contributed
