Description
A creature designed by that I'' VERY fond of. The CCCats have a very alluring and seductive look to their bodies, and their flexible base body for many ideas. This one is very basic, just getting the idea of the species. Hope ou enjoy!NOTE: I do not own the CCCat species, as it belongs to and this is simply fanart

Hey, hope you know it's not very fair to create a closed species character without purchasing a MYO slot ;u;/
I know this has been said before but please respect the creators wishes

Well, even if it wasn't, we prefer members not to comment in our place. Next time, please note the group if you find a fake CCCat instead of engaging the artist uwu

Hello!
I just wanted to let you know that even though your amazing art is highly appreciated, please refrain from creating your own cccats. Cccats are a closed species meaning that without a myo slot or explicit say from their creator, @/wellhidden, you cannot make your own.
But, our community is very friendly and I'm sure one of the many cccat owners wouldn't mind you drawing their cccats if you ask!

wait... what? why? I absolutely love these things, I've already drawn like 3 others I'm in the process of coloring! I've given credit to the creator, and it seems rather rude that you'd tell me to not draw fan art of these awesome characters just because a closed group of people said so...

Hey there! I'm a admin in the cccat group and badc4t was helping us out.Β
While we really appreciate that you love the species and are more than happy to have you as a member of the group the species is closed and this means that one can not create one with out WellHidden 's permission.
Like Badc4t said there are members in the group that would love to have you draw their cccats and you are welcome to put a journal in the group advertising to do so
If anything we have said is confusing please let me know as I would be happy to try and elaborate/explain!

okay, first question. Why is this species closed?

Cheshiretails In reply to BurgerKingGhidorah [2016-11-09 06:05:43 +0000 UTC]
Because Β the owner wants to be able to make sure Β their species is handled with care and keep track of everything as well as use the species as a source of business.
And that is what WellHidden is comfortable with.
This means that only they can hand out the ability for others to make their own for this specific species/creature they have created!
People get permission by buying the adoptables they make, Β buying MYOs (make your owns) when they are open, or by tradeing things to get one.
We are also working on a RolePlay group for the cccats where you can earn a MYO (Make your own) slot in the future
I hope that makes sense and if you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to ask!

So... why does it matter that one small person (me) wants to make some for fun, and in now way wants to make it for profit? I mean, would you really peg someone down for being inspired and expressibn his creativity through another person's creativity? Sounds pretty counterintuitive to the creative process, doesn't it? I'd rather just get in contact with the creator and talk it out, if that's okay.
Tell WellHidden to shoot me a note when ya' can.

Perhaps I may be able to shed a little light on this, before you speak with Hidden uwu
It matters because we can't make exceptions. If we allow you to make a CCCat for free, for no reason but the fact you want to, then suddenly, everyone wants that permission. Suddenly nobody's paying Hidden anymore, because, why should they PAY for what they can just get free, right? It matters because it will hurt Hidden's business, whether you're making a profit or not. This is why our group (and any other CS group!) crack down so hard on copies and fakes.
Now, you may be excited to hear that permission to make your own CCCat is a prize/feature planned for our upcoming ARPG- in which you can participate even without a CCCat uwu However, we take fake CCCats very, very seriously- and I can already tell you that continuing to claim you own a CCCat you don't have the rights to make will bar you from the group, community, and all its activities.
I think the only thing left to say is this. If you really like Hidden, their work, and this species, you'll show a little respect to them as somebody who makes a living selling these, and won't continue making "Copy CCCats". I don't want to offend, and I certainly don't want to upset you, but this is a very stressful topic for the entire mod team ;u; We'd be greatful for your understanding and cooperation!

I'm pretty sure WellHidden makes money based on their quality of work, and their nack for designing. Like, anyone can design a CCCat, and know it's not going to be as good as WellHidden's art. The CCCat itself is VERY basic, and I think the level of customization is what makes them so marvelous... but at the end of the day, I don't see why their needed to make a LIVING of all things...

Well, I can assure you that it isn't tha case. People wouldn't spend $100+ for a MYO slot if the quaity of their work was what was drawung people to the species.

I think you heavily underestimate how desperate the DA community can be for things as simple as slots and commissions. Adoptables in reality wouldn't be as succesful as they are on DA strictly because of the people on this website who revolve around it with such expendable income

You claimed that this would not hurt Hidden's income, as people are only interested in their designs specifically. I told you you are wrong, and backed it up with fact. You continue to dismiss me.
I honestly don't understand what you're not getting: this is disrespectful. You do NOT have permission to make a CCCat, you did not even seek permission to make one. What makes you think you have the right to do anything you want with somebody else's species- somebody else's THREE YEARS of work and development? And when we tell you you cannot make one, you have the nerve to call us rude!!
I'm done, you're clearly going to continue being completely unreasonable about this. If hearing from Hidden is what it takes to make you see sense, I'll let them know you need contacting. But I hope you realise that they'll say exactly the same as we are saying, and you'll be wasting their time for no reason. But, hey, suppose you wouldn't care- you clearly don't have an ounce of respect for them.
