I drew this a few months ago and actually don't really like looking at it anymore because the lineart just seems so shoddy to me

However it was my best attempt at colors at the time, and I still think this is the nicest application of colors I've done. I use pastel colored pencils!

I do prefer digital art now, but if I've found that practicing traditional art has helped me improve greatly at digital art.

Please note - i did use a reference for this pose, etc. This was just an exercise in using colors. I really wanted to post this, though, since my posts have been mostly original drawings, but I also do fanart. I have more Kaori fanart, along with Hunter x Hunter (KILLUA YIPPEE), and Seraph of the End fanart I've done in the past.

WOW I FEEL SO DRAINED ATM - time to go wrap Christmas presents and chug coffee... then finish drawings HOPEFULLY
