Origin: Originally a happy man with a family and a good life as an ice cream vendor, Marcus Kane harbored a secret deep within his psyche. A darker, more murderous part lived in his mind and fought, tooth and nail, to gain control until it finally erased Marcus from his mind. Creating a mask and donning a head of fire, the newly-born Needles Kane would begin his mass streak of murder, refitting his ice cream truck into the infamous death machine known as Sweet Tooth. The vehicle itself would be Needles' key to victory in the infamous Twisted Metal Tournament.
