I noticed a few important details missing:
- He is too red. Making him a little maroonish pink from the top and slightly orange from the bottom would definitely improve the color. his chest can use a bit of orange color.
- I can't notice the nose horns on his head. Also, its a minor detail, but one of the heads have a larger horns compared to the other.
Good luck with him.

No, I use a simpler program called skeleton 1.1.

Well, It would be difficult animating those necks and tails. You'll need a program that can insert a skeleton in the joints and allow you to move the heads freely. I have that program. are you interested?

Speaking of size, that thing's farthest head can fit Mothra's head in its mouth.

Thats a rather fine sprite if I saw so myself. If only it was to be animated and utilized for a game. It can become really easy if you have his body seperated as heads, necks, legs, tails and main body. If that is possible, it becomes really easy. The only sprites additionally required would be turning from left to right. else, everything becomes a work of various segments of that body.
It would be such an eye candy to see that thing move.

Wow, that is so awesome! And to let you know, if you were to just rip Orochi from the film, then compare him to Godzilla, he's dissapointingly small. He's only 22 meters... In HEIGHT!
