Base number 4!!!! (: i was so happy that this turned out fin! my sincerest apologies, i had apparently have bad skills and i ruined the skull :l .. well, go ahead and edit it that's what the base is for isn't it?

I'm aware that my eye skills haven't improved. Do You have any tips? o___o

i would like to highlight this, if you do use this base, KINDLY give me the link. it makes me feel as tho no ones using them or there's a problem with the base. Pls abide by the rules. Thanks.
